NCK September Updates

Greetings and Salutations:
Covid has kept things interesting from a race planning perspective. NCK has had to make some Changes to the schedule as follows:
  • 9/21 (Monday) Thunderhill 3 mile race Re-scheduled
  • 10/3-10/4 (Saturday /Sunday) Thunderhill 3 mile. Come to the two day Fall Brawl at Thunderhill Raceway in beautiful Willows California. This event will be run with the Shelby club. This will be a 2020 championship points race.
  • SPEEDVEGAS! Race Re-scheduled from October 11th to the 25th. This will be a 2020 championship points race.
The BOD realized that the movement of race dates may be inconvenient for some club members. Dates were moved to make for better race dates (a weekend at Thunderhill!) and to allow enough turn around between races for members (SpeedVegas!)
 
Also of Note:
DLB racing was set to close its doors this year. NCK have pivoted to MotorsportReg
 
MotorsportReg will be sending a separate email about registering in their system if you have run with NCK recently. It is important to update your vehicle information in MotorsportReg once you set up your account. Critical is minimum class weight and engine type.

Event Registration

Registration is open for the "Summer Challenge" at Buttonwillow Raceway on Aug 13.  It will close on Aug 10 at 11:59 PM.

It's All About the Tracks

Northern California Karters Club uses and accesses some of the best racetracks in California. While the name Northern reflects the original location at the time of the club establishment 10+ years ago. The fact is that our series uses tracks based all over our great state.
